How it functions?
EASY: The CebuFA-program with inspirations, check-statistic & prices will be brought to the schools/Universities/clubs.. and followed up by a COMPUTER-SUPPORTED DATABASE ( for example MYSQL-DATABASE )
Every player can follow up the program with the training.. The FEEDBACK will be shown on this web-page.. 3 Program-Papers will be hanged up on the Main-Boards of schools/Universities/clubs..
The prices for good training & Games will be shown beside the CFA-LOGO & its CFA-Vision.. Every player in Cebu should learn to know this program & to handle it by the statistics which will be signed from every player after every training.. By good training statistics players wll get the declared prices from the sponsors or come to higher levels.. The MVP of all players will be selected also about the statistics & through special training in the ELITE center & THEN he will get SPECIAL SUPPORT.. ALL COACHES help to find the MVP !

The CFA-STATISTIC should be a HELP for everybody ( PLAYER, SPONSOR, FAN,
COACH, CFA )..
IT SHOULD BE AN INSTRUMENT for a FAIR-GRADING & SELF-CONTROL.. THE STATISTIC should be in addition to the normal training & be integrated..
IT´S also a CHECKING INSTRUMENT for PROFESSIONALS, YOUNG TALENTED PLAYERS or HIGH QUALITY AMATEURS!
THE TRAINING-CREATIVITY or TRAINING-METHOD of the coach should be NOT DISTURBED..
A coach should only check/control results of players & help to find the BEST PLAYERS !( maybe by an assistment book ) ..
The players have to fill up the STAISTIC by themself ( BAD or GOOD RESULTS ).. NOT ALL CATEGORIES will be filled up every week ( only 9 categories weekly-steady ).. SURE THE LOAN will be nice to do some statistics.. The following CFA-Statistic explanaition should be for EVERY PLAYER who like competing & to find out where is my personal limit.. ESPECIALLY players who like to get more success by football or by organization its SENSEFUL to follow up the statistic-program.. The joy to play football just for FUN should not be lost ( players who not interested in this statistic should make a LONG MINUS SIGN ( ----- ) in every category box )..
NO PUNISHMENT or DEGRADE will FOLLOW..
INSTEAD the CFA-statistic is like a game & motivation program.. A player who want to have more success ( to become a PRO-FOOTBALL-Player, or to get some nice prices or support from Companies )..its a good way to follow it up.. Thinking by a good personal activity also companies will say YES for GIVING a job ( EVEN if it is not directly a football-job ).. Players learn to organize themself to achieve the own personal aims, to be concentrated & the variety of creativity.. THE RESULTS of this personal statistic can lead to a true-CFA-certification of the CFA ( if a player wish it & if he need it 4 searching a job in City or elsewhere ) SO THE STATISTIC HAS ALSO A VERY HIGH SOCIAL POSSIBILITY INSIDE & maybe it can help for finding a job.. TRUE is ALSO THAT THE STATISTIC is USEFUL to TRACK OUT THE BEST PLAYERS of the CFA.. SO PRICES/SUPPORT are depended from the results of statistic..
For example:
If a player run 1000 Meters under 2:30, Run, 100 meters around 11 or less ( like Ronaldo ), he can make surely over 500 JOGGLEs can SHOOT in the goal corners quickly w/ high precision, can DRIBBLE fine w/ left&right, Passes exactly, win by 1vs.1 the most matches, make many ASSISTS & Goals , don´t miss to train, train steady, & the coaches are happy about his MOVE then he is a TOP-PLAYER..

Explanations & RULES:
1) WEEKLY STEADY Categories: ( will be simply marked by small vertical line (I)..
a) GPT ( = GOALS per TRAINING ):- max. 2 Training games (each around 20-30 Minutes will be counted
b) GPM (=Goals in MATCH ): - GOAL-SUCCESS by an official Match
c) APT ( ASSISTS per TRAINING ) - max. 2 Training games (each around 15-30 Minutes will be counted )
d)APM ( ASSISTS in MATCH ) - ASSIST-SUCCESS by an official Match
e)DPT (DEFENSE per TRAINING ) - max. 2 Training games (each around 15-30 Minutes will be counted )
f)DPM (DEFENSE per MATCH ) DEFENSE-SUCCESS by an official Match
g)Miss( = MISSING DAYS ) A player who was NOT in TRAINING or Match get a vertical line in his category-box
i) Minus ( = NEGATIVE RESULT by a Training or MaTCh ) This means for example BAD DEFENSE work, BAD FOULS, UNDISCIPLINED, a SHOOT in his own goal.. THE COACH will tell this the player after training or match & the player should make a sign in his category-box..
2) Monthly REPEATED CATEGORIES:
a) Joggl (Joggling only (R)ight food only (L)eft food only (H)ead ) A-B-C-D grades, A=Jogl over 500, B=OVER 250, C=OVER 100, D=OVER 50 without mistakes ( BALL was fallin on ground )
b)Dribl ( = Dribbling ): 35m through a defined flat boottom pacour ( see plan ) with left food & back w/ right Food. Mistakes & TIME will be counted.. MARKERS can be some wooden markers, empty Coke-cans, plastic bottles, plastic markers..
c)SHoot 1 ( = SHOOTing with Span ) Shoot 5XTiMES with right, 5XTIMES with left in the marked corner ( see plan) on the empty goal & OUTSIDE the 16 m penalty room ( THE BALL must be in move ).. B4 the SHOOT a DRIBL of 3-4 METERS parallel to the 16m penalty line should happened.. If the ball coming inside the 16m penalty room b4 the SHOOT the player failed.. A SHOOT against the normal post or against the marked inside post give only a half point.. a MINUS sign(-) will indicate this in the box
d) SHOOT 2 ( SHOOTon empty goal from 25 m DISTANCE ) Every goal of 10 SHOOTS will be counted .. The BALL MUST BE in MOVE b4 the SHOOT behind a line or marking point ( 25 meter from goal )..
e) Pass ( =passes on 20 m or 10 m small walls (or on d coach): Every player has 10XTimes possibility (5Xleft, 5X right )- THE BALL must be in move behind the outside line or marked line ( see plan )
f) 1 vs. 1 ( MATCHES 1 versus 1 ) 10 Games ( = 20 Players ) ONE against ONE on 10 fields ( each field is 15-20 meter long ( see plan ) ( 15m field for UNDER 12 YEAR players ).. each match takes 9 Minutes.. ( 9 x10 = 90 MINUTES )..
IF there are less players in a Team then Matches will be repeated until 10 Games will be full! If there is an unequal number of players then the co-coach will be an additional player or somebody else ..
3) PERIOD REPEATED CATEGORIES:
a) RUN 1000m ( oval round running on 400m oval ( like Abellana) ) -1000 M = 2 and a half rounds Abellana - TIME will be counted by clock with the seconds
b) RUN 50m/100m ( see Abellana flat ground ) Best Time will be counted
c)Spec ( =SPECIAL Grade from Coach 0-10 ) The coach will give a grade 4 each player from his point of view ( 0=No good player.. 5 = average 6=Little more as average .. 10= PERFECT ) |
