More than 100 years there are CUPs/Tourneys and a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP! The NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP 2008 SEASON QUALIFIER started in MARCH! NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP 2008 Finals scheduled for October in Dumaguete. 32 LOCAL FA´s ( check FA-LIST ) all around the country will build up SELECTION TEAMS, which will run for NATIONAL CHAMPION. ( champions since 1907... please view LIST and NEWEST INFOS of Nat´l CHAMPIONS ) RESULTS and INFORMATIONS SUMMARY OF CHAMPIONSHIP: NAT´REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP INFO CFA ( CEBU FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION ): CFA is also preparing to host a regional football tournament, which will be held in Cebu on July 29 to 31. Some 20 players from different clubs like FC Inter Cebu, Queen City United, and others have been handpicked by CFA to make up the roster of the Cebu team. The Cebu team is currently in Iloilo participating in a tournament to further improve the chemistry of the team and to prepare them for the regionals.
