PFF-BOG (PFF- Board OF Governors controls PFF Pres. decisions by PFF By-Laws ) commit following points:

a) RICHARD MONTAYRE is in BOG board even PFF President Martinez dislike the step!

b) An  FA congress will be in NOVEMBER, even PFF said there is no money to do so and dislike the meeting

c) It seems more FINANCIAL CONTROL will happen through BOG in coming months.
    BOG criticized very tough the 5 MILLION PESO DEFICIT of PFF Pres. Mari MARTINEZ and General secretary PABLITO ARANETA.

d) FPL is NOT SANCTIONED by PFF
